I am a certified Life Coach, Business Administrator, and expat woman.
After my first relocation, back in 2014, I’ve gone through a roller coaster of emotions. My biggest concern was about how to do something meaningful while supporting my husband’s career.
Even though I tried to find my way, I used to feel as if a big wall was surrounding me. I had my free time, but I didn’t know how to manage it. In resume, I sometimes felt completely lost.
Because of that, I used to complain about not being able to work. Until a point when a person told me: “It might be tough not being able to work, but at the same time it’s a gift having the free time to invest in yourself”. When I heard that, I could feel an ice bucket being dumped over my head. And since then, I decided to act differently.
I decided to invest in myself through books, courses, podcasts and so on… And then I realized that being lost was the best thing that could have ever happen to me. I understood that to get lost is also to learn the way.
And after feeling completely lost for over 3 years, I could finally rediscover myself, and understand who I really was.
In July/2017 I enrolled in an international coaching certification (accredited by ICF) and since then I’ve never stopped studying everything related to psychology, human behavior, and self-development.
As an expat woman — who lived on 3 different continents — I know that living abroad can be an amazing experience, but it also comes with lots of challenges.
As I could do to myself, I help expat woman to achieve their big dreams. My purpose is to empower and increase expat women’s well being through relevant content and transformational coaching. Because helping people is definitely what nourishes my soul.
I invite you to join me for a life coaching journey. A goal-oriented partnership that will help you raise your self-knowledge and lead you to enjoy your life to the fullest, as I am finally living mine.
