Why should I have a coach?

Firstly, to know yourself better and, secondly, to achieve what you might have been dreaming of, but is procrastinating or struggling to achieve. To accomplish anything in life, there are 3 steps to be followed, which are:

Focus1. Focus

“If you don’t know where you are going, any road will get you there” – Lewis Carroll

To be focused you need to know where you are (Point A) and where do you want to be (Point B). What would you like to achieve? What is your priority in this moment? What is your point B? In case you are feeling stuck and does not know where to go, finding your point B can be a valuable goal for our partnership.

2. Planning

“A goal without a plan is just a wish” – Antoine de Saint- Exupery

You might know what you want (point B), but is struggling to develop a structured plan in order to achieve it. What is the next step? How can I get there? If that’s your case, a coaching process can also help you to structure the next steps and give you the confidence you need to proceed and reach your big dream.

3. Action

“You get what you work for, not what you wish for” – Howard A. Tullman

Sometimes you know where you want to be, you are clear about what the point B is, you have a plan, but you don’t take action. It feels like you are surrounded by a big wall. And you might be thinking: Why can’t I move forward? Why am I struggling to get this done? Why am I feeling so fearful? If that’s your case, coaching can help you built the confidence you might need to get things done and reach your goal.

Those are the three steps that you must pursue in order to get the results you’ve been dreaming of. In case you feel stuck in any of those steps, then coaching is definitely for you.
